Abstract
Myeloid sarcoma is a rare extramedullary tumor composed of immature myeloid celis. İt is present in 2-8% of patients vvith acute myelogenous leukemia. Myeloid sarcoma is presented vvith or vvithout an associated vvith acute leukemia. Myeloid sarcoma usually don't affect more than two sites of the body. İn the case report, as extremely rare, the patient vvith acute myelogenous leukemia preceded by myelodysplastic syndrome and associated vvith myeloid sarcoma involving lymph nodes, pleura, lung, tonsil, kidney and liver was discussed vvith literatüre.
