Abstract

Nora’s lesion is benign but locally agressive exostotic tumoural lesion of bone occuring in the long bones of the hands and feet. Our patient had swelling at her right hand for two years. After radiologic and histologic results were obtained as nora’s lesion, surgical excision with wide margins was performed.
