Abstract

To survey the increased frequency of erections in our patients. İntraoperative course of the four patients were evaluated by using anesthesia protocols. We defined that some anesthetic drugs tike fentanyt, remifentanil, propofol and running out of vola-tile anesthetic might be the reasons, İn one of these patients, caudal blockade was performed at the end of the operation that might be the reason. We performed some treatment procedures to cease the erections but complete detumescence had not been achieved.
