Abstract
Kaposi sarcomas are inflammatory and vascular tumors and occur frequently in immunosuppressive patients. Herein, we present a case of Kaposi sarcomas in patient who has not infected vvith human immunodeficiency virüs (HIV) or received an immunosuppressive medication. Fifty-two year-old man vvas admitted to the hospital vvith violet nodular lesion in glans penis. The examination of excisional biopsy of lesion revealed Kaposi sarcomas. The patient has been follovved up vvithout antitumor treatment and relapse for six months. İn condusion, Kaposi sarcomas should be mind in differential diagnosis of non-specific lesion of penis.
