Abstract
Osteoid osteoma is a benign tumor characterized by producing osteoid tissue. İt occurs more frequently in young patients and the most common localization is proximal femur. The almost constant and often symptom is pain, increases during the night and releaved by salisilats dramatically. The computed tomography always demonstrates the nidus and its localization, thus per-mitting and adeçuate surgical plan. Pain regresses completely after intralesional curettage.
