Abstract

Adenocarcinomas of the bladder are mostly metastatic in origin. Primary adenocarcinomas are very rare bladder tumours. During diagnosis they are usually muscle invasive. Their prognosis are poor. Radiotherapy has little effect if any, at this tumour, Experience for chemotherapy is sparse. Currently, the best treatment choice for localised primary bladder adenocarcinoma is radical cystectomy.
